Self Ruqyah ~ Powerful Reminder Share it

1) It was narrated that Aishah (ra) said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded me, or he commanded (the people) to use Ruqyah to deal with the evil eye. [Bukhari 5279]

2) Reciting the Last 3 Surahs of Quran (Nas Falaq Ikhlas)

Narrated 'Aisha: Whenever the Prophet ﷺ went to bed every night, he used to cup his hands together and blow over it after reciting Surat Al Ikhlas, Surat Al Falaq and Surat An Nas, and then rub his hands over whatever parts of his body he was able to rub, starting with his head, face and front of his body. He used to do that three times. [Bukhari 5017]

3) Recitation of Baqarah

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ﷺ as saying: Do not make your houses as graveyards. Satan runs away from the house in which Surah Baqarah is recited.
[Muslim 780]

4) Last two verses of Baqarah

Narrated Abu Mas'ud: The Prophet ﷺ said, "If somebody recited the last two Verses of Surat Al-Baqara at night, that will be sufficient for him." [Bukhari 5009]

5) Ayatal Kursi

6) Reciting Fathia
Some of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ passed by some people staying at a place where there was water, and one of those people had been stung by a scorpion. A man from those staying near the water, came and said to the companions of the Prophet, "Is there anyone among you who can do Ruqya as near the water there is a person who has been stung by a scorpion." So one of the Prophet's companions went to him and recited Surat al Fatiha for a sheep as his fees. The patient got cured and the man brought the sheep to his companions who disliked that and said, "You have taken wages for reciting Allah's Book." When they arrived at Medina, they said, ' O Allah's Messenger ﷺ! (This person) has taken wages for reciting Allah's Book" On that Allah's Messenger ﷺ said, "You are most entitled to take wages for doing a Ruqya with Allah's Book." [Bukhari 5737]

7) Dua against Evil Eye and Devil

Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet ﷺ used to seek Refuge with Allah for Al Hasan and Al Husain and say: "Your forefather (i.e. Abraham) used to seek Refuge with Allah for Ishmael and Isaac by reciting the following:

Auzuubika Limatil Lahil Tammati Min Kulli Shaitanin Wa Hammah Wa Min Kulli Aynin Lammah

'O Allah! I seek Refuge with Your Perfect Words from every devil and from poisonous pests and from every evil, harmful, envious eye.' " [Bukhari 3371]

😎 Dua for removal of harm and healing of disease

Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud: Zaynab, the wife of Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, told that Abdullah said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: spells, charms and love potions are polytheism.
I asked: Why do you say this? I swear by Allah, when my eye was discharging I used to go to so and so, the Jew, who applied a spell to me. When he applied the spell to me, it calmed down. Abdullah said:

That was just the work of the Devil who was picking it with his hand, and when he uttered the spell on it, he desisted. All you need to do is to say as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say:

Adhhib il-ba’s Rabb al-naas ishfi anta al-Shaafi laa shifaa’a illa shifaa’uka shifaa’an laa yughaadiru saqaman

Remove the harm, O Lord of men, and heal. Thou art the Healer. There is no remedy but Thine which leaves no disease behind. [Abi Dawud 3883]

9) Dua recited by Jibrael (AS) when the Prophet fell ill

It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed that Jibra’il came to the Prophet ﷺ and said:
“O Muhammad, you are ill. He said: ‘Yes.’ He said:

Bismillahi Arqika, Min Kulli Shay’in Yu’dhika, Min Sharri Kulli Nafsin Aw ‘Aynin Aw Hasidin. Allahu Yashfika, Bismillahi Arqika
(In the Name of Allah I perform Ruqyah for you, from everything that is harming you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye, may Allah heal you. In the Name of Allah I perform Ruqyah for you).
[Sunan Ibn Majah 3523]

10) Protection from Devil from All sides

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ never abandoned these supplications, every morning and evening:

Allahumma inni as'alukal-'afwa wal-'afiyah fid-dunya wal-akhirah. Allahumma inni as'alukal-'afwa wal-'afiyah fi dini wa dunyaya wa ahli wa mali. Allahum-mastur 'awrati, wa amin raw'ati wahfazni min bayni yadayya, wa min khalfi, wa 'an yamini wa 'an shimali, wa min fawqi, wa 'audhu bika an ughtala min tahti

(O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in this world and in the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in my religious and my worldly affairs. O Allah, conceal my faults, calm my fears, and protect me from before me and behind me, from my right and my left, and from above me, and I seek refuge in You from being taken unaware from beneath me)."
[Sunan Ibn Majah 3871]
